Pine Street Village is located one block east of campus. The building has been extensively remodeled and has 7 units — all 1 and 2 bedrooms. Most have decks or patios. Plenty of parking, and snow removal, garbage removal, water, and sewer are included in the rent. Two laundry facilities are available. Our buildings are insulated well beyond code, so you can be assured you will not have high utility bills.
