Pioneer Point has two buildings located at 765–775 W. Madison St., three blocks north of campus.
765 W. Madison is our newest building, opened September 2011. State-of-the-art safety features include outside video surveillance, redundant fire alarms, and lighted hallways and parking lot. All apartments have free parking, free internet, zoned heating, air conditioning, and come fully furnished — a great place to study and hang out with roommates.
