Pioneer Point has two buildings located at 665–775 W. Madison St., three blocks north of campus.
775 W. Madison was built in 2005 and has two 4-bedroom / 2-bath units and three 2-bedroom / 1-bath units. Apartments are large and spacious with oversized decks or patios and generous overhangs for use in bad weather. Plenty of parking, snow removal, and garbage removal are included. Each apartment has two large storage areas and a free in-unit washer and dryer in its own utility room. Our buildings are insulated well beyond code, so you won't get stuck with high utility bills. Video surveillance keeps you safe and comfortable.
